Killtec constantly strive to make there collections more sustainable and fit for the future. To this end, we they employing more and more responsible manufacturing processes. Not only does this involve increasing the amount of PFAS-free impregnation solutions they use, they have now added whole sections of items made from recycled materials to our collections. True to the slogan “Support the Planet”, our collection is made from recycled polyester produced from PET bottles. To obtain polyester fibres from PET bottles, the bottles are cleaned, shredded into flakes, melted down, moulded into pellets and then spun into fine yarn.
